In this week's episode of the Breakdowns & Breakaways Podcast, Eddie Provident and I discuss Ryan Graves’ first season with the Penguins and what — if anything — the team can do about him.
If Graves is more of a puck carrier, was it ever stated why he was so often paired with Letang and Karlsson so often and apparently expected to play a stay at home role?
Still loving the articles and podcasts by the way!
I think the answer to your question is as simple as this: Dubas missed big-time on his evaluation of Graves. Meaning what kind of player he is and how he must be deployed in order to not be exposed.

Thanks, Jon!
